The Project would consists of approximately 333 residential units in three 2-to 4--story structures, a 6,270 square foot retail area, recreation and community space, and outdoor communal spaces, including a pool, a courtyard, and landscaping, and a half-acre public park. The project would contain studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The maximum height of the residential structure would be approximately 48 feet. The main vehicular access to the Project would be from East El Camino Real. There would also be vehicular access from Muir Drive. The project would include a total of 564 parking stalls including 12 handicapped spaces in three underground parking garages and surface parking.
