The project would demolish a vacant concrete tilt up building in the East of 101 Area of South San Francisco that historically contained mixed use office and warehouse. The project would construct a life science campus consisting of 262,287 square feet in two four story buildings and a five level parking garage. The project includes a Transportation Demand Management program targeting a 30 percent mode shift; LEED Silver construction and operation measures; and site characterization and remediation.
