To amend the General Plan designation for parcel no. 071-006-014 from Medium Density Residential to Office, and to Rezone this same property to C-O (Commercial Office) to allow for the development of a 15,000 sf administration office building, and to allow a 4,000 sf addition to an existing bank building. On and off site improvements including landscaping and parking are included in this project. Design Review (Minor Discretionary Permit 2012-16) for compliance with City of Turlock development standards and adopted design guidelines for buildings and site improvements is incorporated into this project as well.
