Document Description
The proposed Project is located on a 1.47-acre plot of land at the north end of Dewing Avenue, between Mount Diablo Boulevard and the BART right-of-way in Downtown Lafayette. The Project, the final phase of the Lafayette Town Center Project would contribute 81 dwelling units, 151 parking spaces for both future residents and downtown shoppers, 20,000 sf of open space to the existing 75 apartments, and 25,300 sf of retail already developed.
