Document Description
A Coastal Grading Permit Application has been filed to implement a Restoration Plan as a result of an existing grading violation. The grading violation was the result of grading, mowing, cutting, and removing vegetation within a riparian and wetland habitat. The project is located on a parcel near the southeast corner of the north intersection of Ocean View Drive and U.S. Highway 101 in Smith River.
