Document Description
Tentative Subdivision Map, submitted in accordance with the County's Flexible Lot Size Ordinance (Butte County Code Section 24-82). The project proposes to create 48 single family residential parcels (in three phases) with a gross average parcel size of 0.48 acres (sized 0.33 to 0.84 acres) from a 50.9 acre parcel. The density of the project is 0.94 units per acre (48 units/50.9 acres). A 23-acre open space parcel is also proposed. Sewage disposal would be provided by a community sewage disposal system located on the open space parcel. Water supply would be provided by a community by a community sewage disposal system located on the open space parcel. Water supply would be provided by individual on-site domestic wells.
