Document Description
The Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail Network Master Plan establishes an alignment and set of design standards for a multi-use trail for the length of Santa Cruz County. The FEIR was certified by the Regional Transportation Commission on November 7, 2013 and a first addendum was considered on February 6, 2014. The Rail Trail Lee Road Project, proposed by the City of Watsonville, would implement Segment 18 of the MBSST. The proposed project will construct the Rail Trail-Lee Road Project, a 4,000 lineal foot, multi-use paved path adjacent to the railroad tracks.
