Document Description
The Master Plan (MP) establishes an alignment and set of design standards for a multi-use trail for the length of Santa Cruz County. The FEIR was certified on November 7, 2013. At the hearing, the RTC approved language for inclusion in the MP or future planning for Segment 17. Since certification, a second alignment (Segment 17b; prior alignment is now 17a) was identified. Segment 17b would utilize San Andreas Road, West Beach Street, and Lee Road. The current proposed project includes the revised policy language for Segment 17 and Segment 17b. An Addendum analyzing environmental impacts of the project was prepared and considered on February 6, 2014.
