Mesa Outdoor LLC (Applicant) John Traverso (Owner), County File ELP12-2008: A request for approval of a land use permit to establish a billboard consisting of two faces that are 14-feet tall by 48 feet wide mounted on a single steel post. The billboard will be positioned to have the faces of the signs visible from north and south bound lanes of I-680 and would be placed in the shape of a "V". The end plate closest to the freeway is proposed to be 5 feet wide and the end plate closest to the marsh is proposed to be 20 feet wide.
