Document Description
CDPR, Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division (OHMVR Division), proposes acquisition of a 68-acre property located next to the PCSVRA in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County. The Primary purpose of acquiring the property is to add it to the PCSVRA as buffer land and to use as much as ten acres (~15%) adjacent to the existing property boundary for water quality improvement facilities. In addition to the ten acres of installed facilities, an additional five acres of undisturbed land may be used as a spray field for collected stormwater. The property includes an easement to Teichert Construction which allows them to install a conveyor belt around and on the property for the location of the easement.
