The proposed project is to subdivide an existing vacant 14.07 acre parcels. The project will leave two of the parcels (2.78 acres and 1.02 acres) adjacent to Quinn Road, vacant for planned future commercial development. The project will construct an apartment complex on the other two parcels (5.99 acres and 4.27 acres). As part of the proposed project, the applicant is requesting a zone change to apply a Residential Overlay (RO) zone over the two newly created parcels for the apartment complex.
