Construction of approx. 115,220 sf membership organization campus for The Father's House on 22.04 acre site, between I-505 and Horse Creek Drive. Site plan includes 918 parking spaces, perimeter and interior landscaping, pedestrian walkways, and five buildings: Building A - Main worship center and auditorium, lobby area and fellowship spaces. Building B - Daycare and children's ministry facilities; activity rooms, day care rooms, storage, and an outdoor play yard. Building C - Children's ministry facilities; Building D - Youth ministry facilities; including the student center, game lounge, outdoor basketball area. Building E - Youth ministry and administration facilities. The project will be built in multiple phases.
