The project is for the remedial actions recommended in the Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study for the Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Seven Sites. The proposed remedial actions will be conducted in compliance with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liabilities Act (CERCLA), the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP), and Chapter 6.8, Division 20, of the California Health and Safety Code. The actions to be taken at the Sierra Army Depot MMRP Seven Sites are intended to remediate unacceptable risk to human health and the environment.
