Document Description
The DTSC is considering approval of a remedial action recommended in the Final Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study for the MMRP Seven Sites, Sierra Army Depot, CA. The proposed actions will be conducted in compliance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liabilities Act, the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) and Chapter 6.8, division 20 of the CA Health and Safety Code. The actions to be taken at Sierra Army Depot MMRP Seven Sites are intended to remediate unacceptable risks to human health and the environment. The proposed actions are intended to be the final remedy for this area.
