Document Description
A Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) between four parcels. Parcel A will change from 62.2 to 21.8 acres in size, Parcel B will change from 78.0 to 90.1 acres in size, Parcel C will change from 37.2 to 62.2 acres in size and Parcel D will change from 14.0 to 17.3 acres in size. Parcel A is developed with a residence and two mobile homes, one which will be sited on the undeveloped Parcel D. This mobile home will be removed and replaced with one of similar size. Parcel B is developed with a single family residence and a mobile home. Parcel C is developed with a cell tower and associated equipment structures. The parcels are served by on-site water and on-site sewage disposal systems. The Coastal Development Permit is required for the Lot Line Adjustment and for the demolition and replacement of the mobile home on resultant Parcel D. A Special Permit is required for Design Review.
