Document Description
The project site is located in the Oakland Airport Business Park in Oakland, CA. The project sponsor, Birtcher Development and Investments LLC, proposes to construct a distribution storage facility on the approximately 19-acre site located on the western parcel of the former FastTrack Parking property at 8350 Pardee Drive. The project would consist of a 374,725 sf facility, with approximately 92 truck dock doors. Offices, break rooms, maintenance areas and restrooms would be contained within the planned facility. The building would be 38 feet in height. A total of 96 auto parking spaces are proposed for the site, in addition to 39 semi-trailer parking spaces.
