Document Description
The Project involves the reconstruction of an existing boat ramp, construction of a boat loading area, the construction of new retaining wall, and bank stabilization along the Oxbow Powerhouse Discharge Channel. The Project also includes the recontouring and placement of stabilization materials on the bank of the Middle Fork American River. Additionally, gated access points will be constructed at the north end of the parking area and at the southern end of the parking area; and a temporary construction access road will be constructed below the parking area to enable access to the bank. The project will require the removal of 0.16 acre of willow/alder riparian vegetation that has established along the western bank of the Oxbow Powerhouse Discharge Channel.
