The Project consists of replacing the existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) with a new 30-inch diameter CMP culvert and constructing a new concrete headwall on the downstream side of the culvert. The culvert is located within an intermittent stream under FR 96. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has issued a 401 WQ certification for the project.
