Document Description
Project consists of constructing a bypass facility to carry bypass flows around the reservoir, armoring the outfall below the reservoir where bypass flows will be released, constructing a spillway in the dam of the reservoir, and constructing a diversion facility and fish screen in Pope Creek. The diversion and bypass facilities will ensure water from the unnamed tributary upstream of the reservoir is only diverted per the flow rate requirements of Water Rights Permit.
