Document Description
In order to construct the Mirabel Fish Screen and Fish Ladder Replacement Project (Notification #1600-2013-0328-R3), seismic ground improvements are necessary to ensure bank stability and public safety. The seismic ground improvements authorized by this agreement would occur prior to the construction of the Mirabel Fish Screen and Fish Ladder Replacement Project. The seismic ground improvements are limited to penetrating the soil with augur holes and installing stone columns in the soil matrix.
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0416-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sonoma County Water Agency.
