Document Description
The project consists of a 2750 sf addition to an existing 1250 sf single family residence on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. With the new addition, a new dedicated driveway approximately 650 feet long from Paradise Flat Lane (a private gravel road) to a turnaround near the proposed structure is required to provide fire apparatus access. The proposed driveway will cross approximately 250 linear feet of stream environment zone (SEZ) designated by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA). The paving of Paradise Flat Road from the project site to the existing pavement of Three Ring Road (a distance of approximately 564 feet) is included as part of the project.
