The DTSC is proposing to approve the Facebook West Campus Remedial Action Plan (RAP) pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, California Health and Safety Code (H&SC). The 22-acre project site is located at the southwest corner of Willow Road and Bayfront Expressway in the City of Menlo Park. The site previously had underground remediation, between 2001 and 2007, to reduce contaminant concentration to levels that were protective of human health and the environment and to provide for adequate management of residual contaminants through onsite containment and corresponding use restrictions.
