Document Description
The Project is located along Olivehurst Avenue from McGowan Parkway on the south end to 7th Avenue on the north end in the community of Olivehurst. The Project involves construction of safety related improvements to a 1.3-mile length of Olivehurst Avenue that crosses Clark Slough. Impacts to waters of the United States will occur from extension or replacement of two existing culverts that cross Clark Slough.
