Document Description
The CA DFW is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0081-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Yuba County. The project consists of widening the existing roadway and adding curbs, gutters and sidewalks and associated drainage improvements from McGowan Parkway on the south end to 7th Avenue on the north end of Olivehurst Avenue. Instream work will occur at Clark Slough where the culverts will be extended or replaced. The extension or replacement includes 9 feet on the east side of Olivehurst and 14 feet on the west side plus 10 feet of rip rap on the up and downstream side of the new culverts. Culvert extension will match the invert elevation of the existing culverts. Minor excavation of the Clark Slough may be required to install the extensions.
