Yuba County's Public Works Department seeks environmental approval for the Olivehurst Avenue Complete Streets Project which consists of widening the existing roadway and adding curbs, gutters, and sidewalks and associated drainage improvements on a 1.3 mile stretch of the street from McGowan Parkway to 7th Avenue in the unincorporated community of Olivehurst in southern Yuba County.
