Document Description
The project as approved is the development of up to 485,000 square feet of new office/R&D space (including office serving amenities), one parking garage, surface parking areas, new access driveways, and new landscaping and open space. The project would remove the 10 existing buildings totaling approximately 250,000 square feet of office/R&D space and allow the construction up to four new large office/R&D buildings at full build out. The project includes a new Planned Development (PD) overlay to replace the existing CM PD zoning designation. The PD overlay would require Architecture and Site (A&S) approval. The project includes an A&S application, for entire project site.
