Document Description
The project applicant proposes to develop up to 550,000 sf of new office/research and development space (including office-serving amenities), one parking garage, surface parking areas, new access driveways, and new landscaping and open space. The proposed project would remove the ten existing buildings totaling approximately 250,000 sf of office/research and development space and allow the construction of four new office/research and development buildings at full build out.
