Document Description
The applicant proposes to use the property for a liquid propane (LP) tank remanufacturing business with outdoor storage, service vehicle parking, and an administrative office building, LP tank would be cleaned (pressure washed/sandblasted/sanded), painted (hand rolled), and retooled (valves, fittings, etc.). Empty LP tanks would be stored in a fenced outdoor storage area. LP delivery trucks would be parked on the site. Buildings to be constructed would include an 832-sf shop and a 2,400 sf office building. Other improvements would include paved parking, landscaping, and drainage/waste water treatment facilities.
