Document Description
The request is for a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility on a 12.78-acre property. The communications facility would consist of a 115-foot-tall lattice-type structure with the appearance of an agricultural windmill and containing 12 antennas & 2 microwave dishes, a 12-foot x 16-foot equipment shelter, and one 48 KW diesel standby generator with 210-gallon fuel tank, all of which would be enclosed by a 6-foot-tall chain-link fence. The proposed improvements would be located within a 50-foot x 50-foot lease area on the property. Access to the site would be from Smith Road through a proposed 900-foot-long driveway to be constructed on the property.
