The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0074-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mr. Craig Geldard representing Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The project is limited to 1 encroachment to finish repair work for the Arcata 1122 12 kV Distribution Line Replacement Project. The overall project is to repair and replace distribution lines and poles damage in 2008 storms, and trim riparian vegetation under the distribution lines near or along banks of Campbell Creek.
