Document Description
The proposal is for a lot split of one parcel (APN: 026-142-080) into two parcels, Parcels 1 and 2, so that the existing hotel and restaurant would each be located on independent parcels. The Tentative Map, date stamped May 18, 2012, show how the existing 153, 154 SF parcel would be subdivided into two parcels (Parcels 1 and 2). Parcel 1 would have 64.34 feet of street frontage on Bayshore Highway and would measure 120,772 square feet in area; Parcel 2 would have 188.58 feet of street frontage on Bayshore Highway and would measure 32,382 square feet in area. The zoning code requires a minimum 50'-0'' street frontage and 20,000 SF lot size and therefore both parcels would be in compliance with minimum street front and lot size requirements.
