Document Description
The proposed project elements not previously analyzed in the City's adopted IS/MND or the EIS/EIR prepared and adopted by the Sutter Butte Flood Control Agency include a storm water outfall drain into Reclamation District 777's Lateral Drain No. 2 (channel); a 3-foot-deep saddle for surface water overflow into the channel; and a slope reduction of the channel on the western property line of the project site. In addition, the well and utility area (previously analyzed) are proposed to be moved from the end of Linda Street (existing) in the northeast corner of the project site, as it was determined to be infeasible to connect a three-phase electrical system at the previously analyzed location. As a result, the well and utility area will be located near the southwest corner of the project site.
