Document Description
The 26 acre parcel, which is owned by the City, will be a joint use facility as a stormwater detention facility and as a City park, primarily utilized for soccer fields. As a stormwater detention facility it will be graded to two levels, as well as a portion of the property will remain at its existing surface level for park structures, including bathrooms, concession facility and storage. The mid-level will be planted in turf grass and used as the soccer park, with only occasional flooding from stormwater detention; and the lower depressed level will be primarily for stormwater detention.
