Document Description
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach: CA's Country Music Festival are held in the City of Indio on the grounds of the Empire and Eldorado Polo clubs and adjacent properties. These Music Festivals have been held annually in spring and authorized by the City through a series of Special Event Agreements with the producer of these events. The proposed Music Festivals Plan would permit up to five music festival events to be held on the project site annually with three of these events allowed each spring and two events to be held each fall through 2030. The maximum allowed attendance, including staff, would be 75,000 persons for two of these events and 99,000 persons for three of the events.
