Document Description
Coastal Development Permit to allow construction of a new two-story single family dwelling of approximately 3,914 sf in size with a basement of approximately 1,796 sf in size and an attached garage of approximately 550 sf in size. The maximum height of the dwelling would be 28 feet with a 5:12 roof pitch. The project also includes an 8 ft x 36 ft lap pool immediately south of the dwelling. Landscaping will consist of drought-tolerant plantings with a drip irrigation system, and permeable paving materials. The project also includes a comprehensive drainage system that includes area drains, street drains and a slant drill drain pipe to direct site water away from the bluff. Grading would include approximately 1040 cubic yards of cut and 156 cubic yards of fill. No trees will be removed.
