The project is a Major Use Permit to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of a wireless telecommunication facility. The project consists of a 35-foot tall faux water tank which will contain 12 panel antennas mounted within the tank. Associated equipment will be located within the faux barn structure. The project is located northwest of the intersection of Lucky Six Truck Trail and SR 94, within the Jamul-Dulzura Subregional Plan area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County.
