Document Description
A Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) was prepared by the Fresno Council of Governments (Fresno COG) for the proposed Fresno COG 2014 Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS). The PEIR discusses impacts associated with the proposed transportation and land use recommendations contained in the 2014 RTP/SCS, which were identified to reduce auto trips and vehicle miles traveled consistent with anticipated population growth to the year 2040.
