The project would develop a 76,984 sf shopping center (CRA No. 875) consisting of a 45,272 sf supermarket, 11,970 sf of inline shop space, and two building pads containing a 14,576 sf drug store with a drive-through pharmacy (CUP No. 1001), and a 5,166 sf fast food restaurant with drive through facilities (CUP No. 1002) on approximately 8.0 acres located at the northwest corner of Lugonia Avenue and Wabash Avenue in the C-4 (Highway Commercial) District. Building area would cover approximately 22.3% of the site.
