Document Description
Coastal Development Permit and Site Development Permit for construction of one single-family residential unit. The proposed single-family residence would be 17,949 sf of liveable area (or approximately 18,000 sf when calculated for purposes of determining the floor area ratio) and will be constructed to fit into the existing northwesterly slope to reduce its visibility from La Jolla Farms Road. The proposed project will be confined to a 0.92-acre portion of a 1.52 acre site. The project would also construct various associated site improvements, including a swimming pool, retaining walls, hardscape, and landscape. The remaining 0.60 acre of the site consists of Environmentally Sensitive Lands that will be retained and conserved within a Building Restricted Easement/Covenant of Easement Area.
