Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2013-0079-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: San Bernardino County Flood Control District, represented by Mr. Annesley Ignatius, 825 East Third Street, San Bernardino, State of California, 92415, Phone (909) 387-7913. Work within the property is limited to the fill of the basins. The drainages will no longer flow into the basin inverts, and the remaining flow will be concentrated in a bio-infiltration swale in the easternmost portion of the basins terminating at the downstream Warm Creek Channel outlet at the downstream portion of basin 4. The proposed project impacts include the fill of the toe or invert of the basins and conversion of the drainages and basin invert to a bio-infiltration swale. Project impacts consist of the entirety of the Warm Springs Basin complex and the future maintenance of the bio-infiltration swale.
