Site Approval Application to expand an existing 6,160 sf Truck Maintenance Building and Truck Parking Facility to include a new 900 sf Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Station, (2) Two 42' 7" High 18,000 Gallon LNG Tanks and on-site parking improvements. The LNG Station will only be used by trucks at this location and is not open to the public. The parcels are not under a Williamson Act Contract. The project site is located at the southwest intersection of Madruga Road and Guthmiller Road.
