Document Description
The proposed project consists of construction of a new, two-story plus basement, single-family residence, as well as accessory buildings, pool, and tennis court, with eight parking spaces, at 1400 Linda Flora Drive in Bel Air-Beverly Crest (Council District 5). The project would include approval of a haul route, waiver of a tentative tract map, and grading of approximately 70,000 cubic yards (c.y.) of each, including export of approximately 18,405 c.y. from 1400 Linda Flora Drive (a 30.9-acre site) to 1892 (also known as 1895) Linda Flora Drive (a 30.3-acre site). However, no hauling of earth would occur on public roadways: import and export would occur across interior property lines only. Additionally, no change in public access to or use of "upper" or "lower" Linda Flora Drive would occur. The unimproved road between the two segments would remain a private driveway. Both properties are located within the RE40-1-H (residential estate) zone.
