The Carroll Canyon Commercial Center project proposes the redevelopment of an existing office complex with a commercial development that would include a mix of retail shops, financial institution(s), sit-down restaurant(s), and fast service restaurant(s). The existing 81,600 sf office building and associated facilities would be demolished and replaced with approximately 145,000 sf of commercial retail space.
