Project involves construction of a new water treatment plant, a raw water pump station and pipeline, a treated water pipeline, and a paved access road. Project will result in impacts to 10.8 acres of CA tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) (CTS) habitat including temporary impacts to 5.5 acres; the Project will permanently remove 5.3 acres of undeveloped grassland habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of CTS which is designated as a threatened species under CESA. Amendment 1 removes San Joaquin kit fox as a Covered Species in the ITP, updates contact information, and extends the ITP expiration date.
