Thsi Addendum to the EIR prepared for the San Benito County Water District (SBCWD) West Hills Water Treatment Plant Project includes modifications to the previously approved project to further improve water quality in the area. These modifications include construction of 4,850 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter water transmission pipeline to transmit treated surface water to City Groundwater Well No. 4, and upgrades to the existing City Groundwater Well No. 4 to improve control and increase energy efficiency of the existing well pump.
