The proposed project includes the land exchange of the privately-owned property addressed at 1337-45 7th Street and the City-owned properties addressed as 1338-42 and 1321 5th Street. 1337-45 7th Street - Under the proposed project, the parcel address as 1337-45 7th Street would be acquired by the City and a new Fire Station No. 1 for the Santa Monica Fire Department (SMFD) would be constructed on this site.
