Document Description
The California Department of FIsh and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, San Benito County Department of Public Works. The Project consists of installing a new bridge and removing an old bridge on Union Road. Dewatering will be implemented if necessary to ensure that the work area is isolated from stream flow.
