CUP No. LU09-0128 is a request by the Applicant to authorize the operation & Maintenance of a metals recycling, processing and collections facility onsite. Variance No. LU 12-0030 is a request by the Applicant to allow parking in the required front yard setback at the entrance to the project site on parcel no. 128-0-040-30S. SD11-0016 is request by the Applicant to merge a portion of a parcel currently owned by United Water Conservation District with the parcel owned the Standard Industries, and adjacent to the Santa Clara River. The property to be conveyed from the United Water Conservation District to the Applicant would be conveyed via a subdivision exemption.
