SD11-0016 is request by the Applicant to merge a portion of a parcel currently owned by United Water Conservation District with the parcel owned the Standard Industries, and adjacent to the Santa Clara River. The property to be conveyed from the United Water Conservation District to the Applicant would be conveyed via a subdivision exemption.
