David and Margaret Youth and Family Services (Applicant) proposes to develop a multi-family apartment complex and an associated retail and cafe use on a portion of the existing 15-acre David and Margaret campus in the City of La Verne. Overall, the proposed project would encompass 1.69 acres of the David and Margaret campus. The proposed apartment buildings, pedestrian walkways, landscaped areas, and parking lots would cover approximately 62,750 sf of the project site. Located on the eastern portion of the project site, the proposed retail use would encompass 10,500 sf.
