Document Description
The proposed development is a subdivision of 22 numbered lots each to accommodate a single family detached residence plus 4 lettered lots encompassing common area uses. The subject property currently has two General Plan Land Use designations including 12 acres of Medium Density Residential (MDA-R) and 11.8 acres of Open Space. The project site was previously rezoned to Planned Development (PD-24) which allowed for a development of 70 condominium units; the subject request is to amend the Planned Development Plan in order to reduce the intensity of development on the site and provide 22 single family residential units. The project filing includes a Tentative Map T11-00001, Development Plan D11-000130 and a Use Permit to allow panhandle lots. All hillside areas outside the development area will be preserved as open space.
